By placing an order of our product(s) you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our returns policies. Please review our policies prior to placing your order(s). E-mail with any questions prior to ordering.
- The buyer must complete the sale transaction within 5 days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale.
- Please proceed to the Checkout after ordering. Orders without checkout could be delayed.
- All payments made payable direct to 'Music Chamber'.
- All item prices include GST.
- Delivery / Postage & Handling: please refer to the table above. Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
- MUSIC CHAMBER adheres to all trading rules applied by Australian Government. MUSIC CHAMBER is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
- If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.
- Refund is allowed only if the item you bought is broken when you receive it. You must contact us within 5 days when you receive the item. We will then take return arrangement. ALL REFUND IS LESS SHIPPING COST. (Paid Price Only).
- While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies.
Returns
- Unless stated otherwise in the item description we offer a 10 day exchange or refund policy only if the item was not as described in the description or is dead on arrival.
- Buyer must return the item within 10 days of the receipt of item in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes and copy of the invoice. All returns must be boxed and backed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number. Please place the RA number given to you by us on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns without the RA number will not be accepted. Replacements will be exchanged or refunded provided at our discretion within 10 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise or eligible refund request. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
